简介
Annexin A1 (ANXA1) plays multifaceted roles in innate and adaptive immune responses. It acts as an effector of glucocorticoid-mediated responses, downregulating early inflammation. Annexin A1/ANXA1 Protein, Cynomolgus (His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived Annexin A1/ANXA1 protein, expressed by E. coli , with C-His labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Annexin A1 (ANXA1) is a member of the annexin family of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including inflammation, apoptosis, and cell differentiation. Over the years, ANXA1 has garnered significant interest due to its involvement in mediating anti-inflammatory responses and its potential therapeutic implications. Research has shown that ANXA1 is released by activated cells such as neutrophils and macrophages, where it functions as a signaling molecule that can modulate inflammatory pathways. The recombinant form of ANXA1 has been developed to facilitate detailed studies of its biochemical properties and mechanisms of action. Experiments utilizing the recombinant protein allow researchers to investigate its binding interactions with phospholipids and its influence on cellular signaling pathways. Moreover, understanding the role of ANXA1 in disease contexts, such as cancer and autoimmune disorders, has further motivated the production and study of this protein. The ability to produce ANXA1 recombinantly provides a valuable tool for elucidating its functional contributions and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Overall, the study of Annexin A1, particularly in its recombinant form, has opened new avenues for research in inflammation and therapeutic development.
