稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SAP (Spleen Associated Protein) is a critical protein involved in various cellular processes, including immune response and cell signaling. Its significance has drawn considerable attention in the field of molecular biology and biotechnology. Research into SAP has primarily focused on its role in the immune system, where it interacts with specific receptors and mediates the activation of immune cells, thereby influencing the overall immune response. Moreover, SAP has been implicated in several diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The ability to recombinantly produce SAP proteins in the lab has accelerated studies related to its structure, function, and interaction with other biomolecules. These studies are essential for understanding the underlying mechanisms of diseases and for the development of novel diagnostics and therapies. Furthermore, the exploration of SAP's potential applications in vaccines and targeted therapies highlights its importance in both basic and applied research. Overall, the study of SAP recombinant proteins not only enhances our comprehension of molecular interactions within the immune system but also paves the way for innovative medical solutions.
