稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of CA2 (Carbonic Anhydrase II) recombinant protein has gained importance due to its pivotal role in various physiological processes and its implications in diseases. Carbonic anhydrases are a family of metalloenzymes that catalyze the reversible hydration of carbon dioxide to bicarbonate and protons, playing a crucial role in maintaining acid-base balance, respiration, and fluid secretion. CA2, specifically, is predominantly found in red blood cells and renal tubules, where it facilitates carbon dioxide transport and ensures efficient acid-base homeostasis. Aberrations in CA2 function have been linked to several pathological conditions, including glaucoma, osteoporosis, and certain types of tumors, highlighting its significance in biomedical research. Recombinant techniques allow for the production of CA2 in various expression systems, enabling detailed studies of its structural and functional properties. Understanding CA2 at the molecular level can aid in the development of therapeutic interventions targeting its activity in related disorders. Additionally, recombinant CA2 serves as a valuable tool for screening potential inhibitors that could lead to novel treatments. The exploration of CA2's biophysical characteristics through recombinant protein studies also contributes to our comprehension of its mechanism of action and regulatory pathways, further underscoring its relevance in both health and disease. As such, the research on CA2 recombinant protein is essential for advancing our understanding of its biological functions and potential as a drug target.
