Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RXFP1, or relaxin/insulin-like family peptide receptor 1, is a G protein-coupled receptor primarily involved in mediating the effects of relaxin, a hormone known for its roles in reproduction and cardiovascular physiology. Its discovery and subsequent characterization have sparked significant interest due to the diverse physiological functions it influences, including tissue remodeling, angiogenesis, and modulation of stress responses. Research has indicated that RXFP1 signaling pathways may play critical roles in various health conditions, including heart failure, renal disorders, and various reproductive issues. Given its relevance in these areas, RXFP1 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target. Recombinant RXFP1 proteins are invaluable for exploring the receptor's structure-function relationships, understanding its signaling mechanisms, and investigating its interactions with endogenous ligands. The use of recombinant protein technology facilitates the production of RXFP1 in a controlled environment, enabling detailed studies on its pharmacological properties and potential as a drug target. Overall, ongoing research into RXFP1 aims to elucidate its biological roles and therapeutic potential, offering insights that could lead to innovative treatments for a range of diseases.
