Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GIT2 (GTPase-activating protein for Rho family GTPases 2) is a member of the Git family of proteins, which play crucial roles in various cellular processes, including cell migration, adhesion, and signal transduction. Research into GIT2 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in the regulation of Rho GTPases, which are critical for cytoskeletal dynamics and cellular morphology. Dysregulation of GIT2 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where altered cell migration and invasion contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Additionally, GIT2 interacts with various signaling pathways, making it a potential therapeutic target for interventions in related pathologies. Studies exploring GIT2's structural characteristics and functional domains have highlighted its significance in cellular signaling networks. Moreover, the development of GIT2 recombinant proteins allows for advanced investigations into its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. Understanding GIT2 at the molecular level could provide insights into its role in health and disease, paving the way for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its function in pathological conditions.
