Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXQ1 (Forkhead Box Q1) is a member of the forkhead box (FOX) family of transcription factors, which play critical roles in various biological processes, including development, cell differentiation, metabolism, and the regulation of immune responses. Recent studies have highlighted FOXQ1's involvement in tumorigenesis, particularly in the context of various cancers such as lung, breast, and colorectal cancer. Elevated levels of FOXQ1 have been associated with enhanced tumor cell proliferation, migration, and invasion, suggesting its potential as a key player in cancer progression. Its role in epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) further emphasizes its importance in metastatic pathways. Given the significance of FOXQ1 in cancer biology, researchers have increasingly focused on the characterization and functional analysis of recombinant FOXQ1 proteins. By producing these proteins in vitro, scientists aim to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which FOXQ1 influences gene expression and cellular behavior. The recombinant proteins serve as valuable tools for studying FOXQ1 interactions with other cellular components, identifying downstream target genes, and exploring therapeutic strategies that could inhibit its oncogenic functions. Overall, the investigation of FOXQ1 recombinant proteins is essential for understanding their biological roles and ultimately developing targeted therapies for cancers associated with dysregulated FOXQ1 expression.
