Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FOXO3A, a member of the forkhead box O (FOXO) transcription factor family, plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as apoptosis, cell cycle regulation, and oxidative stress resistance. It has garnered significant attention in aging and longevity research due to its association with various age-related diseases and its potential influence on lifespan extension. Studies have shown that FOXO3A is a vital component of cellular pathways that modulate stress responses and metabolic homeostasis. Genetic variations in the FOXO3A gene have been linked to human longevity, suggesting that it may serve as a protective factor against age-associated decline. Recent advancements in biotechnology have facilitated the development of FOXO3A recombinant proteins, which offer valuable tools for studying its biochemical properties and functional roles in cellular context. These recombinant proteins enable researchers to dissect the molecular mechanisms through which FOXO3A exerts its protective effects, as well as to explore its potential therapeutic applications in combating age-related diseases. Understanding the structure, function, and regulatory mechanisms of FOXO3A may pave the way for novel interventions aimed at promoting healthy aging and improving longevity. Overall, the study of FOXO3A recombinant proteins holds promise for advancing our knowledge of aging biology and developing strategies to enhance lifespan and healthspan.
