Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IARS, or isoleucyl-tRNA synthetase, is a crucial enzyme responsible for the accurate translation of genetic information into proteins by attaching isoleucine to its corresponding tRNA molecule. The study of IARS has garnered significant attention due to its essential role in protein synthesis and cellular function. Mutations or dysfunctions in IARS can lead to various genetic disorders, underscoring the importance of understanding this enzyme at a molecular level. Researchers have been investigating the structure and function of IARS to elucidate its mechanisms and interaction with other cellular components. Additionally, IARS has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. By exploring recombinant forms of IARS, scientists aim to detail its biochemical properties, enhance our understanding of its role in disease pathology, and pave the way for the development of novel treatments. Overall, the study of IARS represents a convergence of basic biochemistry and translational medicine, highlighting its importance in both fundamental research and clinical applications.
