稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cyclin-dependent kinase 6 (CDK6) is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in the regulation of the cell cycle, particularly in the transition from the G1 phase to the S phase, by phosphorylating specific substrates. Overexpression and dysregulation of CDK6 have been implicated in various cancers, making it a target of significant interest in cancer research. Studies have shown that CDK6 interacts with cyclins and other regulatory proteins to facilitate cell cycle progression, and its activity is often linked to tumorigenesis. The development of CDK6-specific inhibitors has emerged as a promising strategy for cancer treatment. To study its function and mechanisms in detail, researchers utilize recombinant CDK6 proteins, which can be produced using various expression systems. These recombinant proteins are essential for biochemical assays, structural studies, and screening for potential inhibitors. Understanding the structure and function of CDK6 at the molecular level can help in elucidating its role in cancer progression and in the development of targeted therapies. Therefore, the production and characterization of CDK6 recombinant proteins are pivotal in advancing our knowledge of this kinase and its potential as a therapeutic target in oncology.
