Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ITIH2 (Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain 2) protein is a member of the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor (ITI) family, which plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including inflammation, tissue repair, and modulation of immune responses. Research on ITIH2 has gained traction due to its involvement in pathological conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and autoimmune disorders. Studies have shown that ITIH2 can influence cell adhesion, migration, and proliferation, making it a significant player in tumor microenvironments. Additionally, its interactions with other proteins and extracellular matrix components highlight its relevance in maintaining tissue integrity and modulating inflammatory responses. Recombination technology has allowed researchers to produce ITIH2 in vitro, enabling detailed studies of its functional properties and potential therapeutic applications. Investigating ITIH2's structure-function relationship and its role in disease mechanisms could lead to novel strategies for diagnosis and treatment, especially in conditions where dysregulation of the immune response and tissue remodeling is observed. Thus, ITIH2 is emerging as a promising candidate for further research in both basic and applied biomedical sciences, emphasizing the need for a deeper understanding of its mechanisms and impacts on human health.
