Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The ITIH1 gene encodes Inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor heavy chain H1, a key component of the inter-alpha-trypsin inhibitor (ITI) family that plays a significant role in various biological processes, including extracellular matrix stabilization and modulation of inflammation. ITIH1 has gained attention in recent years due to its involvement in pathological conditions such as cancer, where it is implicated in tumor progression and metastasis. Additionally, alterations in ITIH1 expression have been observed in autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory disorders. Researchers are increasingly focused on understanding the functional mechanisms of ITIH1, particularly its role in the regulation of the immune response and tissue remodeling. Studies utilizing recombinant ITIH1 proteins aid in elucidating the protein's structural and functional characteristics, providing insights into its interactions with other proteins and its impact on cellular processes. Furthermore, the development of therapeutic strategies targeting ITIH1 could offer novel avenues for treating conditions associated with its dysregulation. Overall, the investigation of ITIH1 recombinant proteins serves as a valuable tool for both basic research and potential clinical applications, contributing to the broader understanding of its role in health and disease.
