Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HRC (Histidine-Rich Calcium-Binding Protein) is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in calcium homeostasis and signaling within cardiac cells. It is predominantly expressed in the heart and is involved in various physiological processes, including the regulation of calcium release during muscle contraction and relaxation. Research on HRC has garnered attention due to its potential implications in cardiac diseases, such as heart failure and arrhythmias. Abnormal function or expression of HRC has been linked to impaired calcium handling, which can lead to detrimental effects on cardiac function. Furthermore, the study of HRC's structure and the mechanisms by which it interacts with other proteins can provide insights into the pathophysiology of heart diseases. Recombinant HRC proteins have been developed for experimental purposes to better understand its biochemical properties and interactions. These studies aim to elucidate the role of HRC in the heart and could lead to novel therapeutic strategies for treating cardiovascular conditions. As the understanding of HRC's functions deepens, it may pave the way for innovative approaches in managing heart disease and improving patient outcomes.
