Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP17 (Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase 17) is a member of the ubiquitin-specific protease family, which plays a critical role in the regulation of protein degradation and signaling pathways by deubiquitinating proteins. The study of USP17 has gained prominence due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including the regulation of cell proliferation, apoptosis, and immune responses. Recent research has shown that USP17 is linked to multiple diseases, particularly cancer, as it can influence the stability and activity of tumor suppressors and oncogenes by modulating their ubiquitination status. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying USP17's function could provide insights into its role in tumorigenesis and potential therapeutic targets. Additionally, studies have demonstrated that USP17 interacts with various proteins involved in signaling pathways, suggesting that it may serve as a crucial regulator of cellular homeostasis and adaptability. The generation of recombinant USP17 protein facilitates further investigation into its biochemical properties and interactions, paving the way for the development of targeted therapies that could exploit its unique role in disease processes. Overall, USP17 represents a promising target for further research considering its wide-ranging implications in health and disease, highlighting the need for a deeper understanding of its functional roles at the molecular level.
