Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNPO2 (Transportin 2) is a nuclear transport receptor that plays a crucial role in the import of various proteins and RNA molecules into the nucleus. Research on TNPO2 has gained significance due to its involvement in essential cellular processes such as gene expression regulation, signal transduction, and the cell cycle. Furthermore, TNPO2 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer and viral infections, making it a potential therapeutic target. The study of TNPO2 recombinant proteins aids in understanding its structure and function, facilitating investigations into its mechanisms of action and the development of inhibitors that could disrupt its activity in pathological conditions. By producing and characterizing TNPO2 recombinant proteins, researchers can explore the protein’s interactions with cargo molecules, identify binding domains, and analyze its role in nuclear transport pathways. Such insights could pave the way for novel strategies in drug design and contribute to broader applications in biotechnology and medicine. As we delve deeper into the complexities of nuclear transport, TNPO2 stands out as a vital player in maintaining cellular homeostasis and driving forward the understanding of intracellular dynamics.
