Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ATF7, or Activating Transcription Factor 7, is a member of the ATF/CREB family of transcription factors that plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including stress response, inflammation, and cell differentiation. The study of ATF7 recombinant protein has gained significance due to its involvement in the regulation of various genes under stress conditions, such as during oxidative stress and cytokine stimulation. Understanding the function and mechanisms of ATF7 is essential for deciphering its role in pathological conditions, including neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, and autoimmune disorders. Recent research has focused on the production of recombinant ATF7 proteins to study their structural properties and functional significance in vitro and in vivo. By utilizing recombinant DNA technology, researchers can generate active forms of ATF7 to investigate its interactions with other proteins and its impact on transcriptional regulation. Additionally, the development of ATF7-targeted therapies is being explored, as manipulating its activity could potentially lead to novel treatment strategies for diseases where ATF7 is implicated. As such, the research of ATF7 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for translational applications in medicine.
