Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UNKL is a protein that belongs to the family of E3 ubiquitin ligases, which play a crucial role in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, a key mechanism for regulating protein degradation and maintaining cellular homeostasis. Recent research has highlighted the significance of UNKL in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA damage response, and immune regulation. Its involvement in these pathways suggests that UNKL may be associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Understanding the structure and function of UNKL is vital for elucidating its role in cellular mechanisms, as alterations in its activity can lead to pathological conditions. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled scientists to produce UNKL in sufficient quantities for detailed biochemical and structural studies, facilitating the exploration of its interaction with substrates and other cellular partners. The study of UNKL not only provides insights into the fundamental aspects of ubiquitination but also opens up potential therapeutic avenues for targeting related diseases, making it a focal point of ongoing research in molecular biology and medicine.
