Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FLVCR (Fruitful Low Voltage Channel Regulator) is a crucial protein involved in regulating cellular ion homeostasis, particularly in the context of cellular response to low voltage and ion imbalances. It plays a significant role in various physiological processes, including muscle contraction, neuronal signaling, and cellular excitability. Recent research has focused on the recombinant production of FLVCR to understand its structure-function relationships and to elucidate its role in health and disease. By using molecular cloning techniques, scientists can express FLVCR in suitable host systems, allowing for detailed studies of its biochemical properties and interaction with other cellular components. The study of FLVCR is particularly relevant in relation to conditions such as cardiovascular diseases, where ion channel dysregulation can lead to severe complications. Furthermore, FLVCR’s potential implications in cancer biology, due to its involvement in cell proliferation and death, highlight the importance of understanding this protein at a molecular level. Overall, research into FLVCR and its recombinant forms serves as a foundation for developing targeted therapeutics and diagnostic tools aimed at modulating its activity in various pathological states.
