Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZSWIM2 is a protein belonging to the ZSWIM family, characterized by the presence of a C-terminal SWIM (SWI2/SNF2 and MuDR) domain, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including DNA repair, transcription regulation, and cellular response to stress. Recent research highlights the significance of ZSWIM2 in the context of cancer biology and cellular development. It has been implicated in the regulation of gene expression and protein interactions that are essential for maintaining genomic stability. Studies have demonstrated that mutations or dysregulation of ZSWIM2 can contribute to tumorigenesis and may serve as potential biomarkers for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Additionally, ZSWIM2 has been shown to interact with other critical proteins involved in chromatin remodeling and repair mechanisms, suggesting a complex network of functional relationships within cellular processes. Understanding the structure and function of ZSWIM2 through recombinant protein studies may provide valuable insights into its mechanistic roles and therapeutic potential, leading to novel strategies in combating diseases linked to its dysregulation. Overall, the exploration of ZSWIM2 as a recombinant protein represents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of its contributions to cell biology and disease pathology.
