Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UFSP2, or Ubiquitin-Fold Modifier 2, is a crucial member of the ubiquitin-like protein family, playing a significant role in cellular processes such as protein degradation, signaling, and stress response. Research on UFSP2 has garnered interest due to its involvement in various biological functions and disease contexts, particularly in cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. This protein modifies other proteins by attaching ubiquitin-like moieties, thus influencing their stability and activity. Studies indicate that UFSP2 contributes to the regulation of various cellular pathways, including cell cycle progression and apoptosis, through its interaction with key signaling molecules. Moreover, alterations in UFSP2 expression or function have been implicated in tumorigenesis and the progression of neurodegenerative diseases. Investigations into UFSP2's mechanisms of action, its interactions with other cellular components, and its potential as a therapeutic target are ongoing. Understanding the biology of UFSP2 could provide insights into novel approaches for cancer treatment and the management of neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting its promise as a biomarker and a target for drug development.
