Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UFL1 (Ubiquitin Fusion Protein 1) is a critical regulator of protein homeostasis and quality control within the cell. Research into UFL1 has gained momentum due to its dual role in ubiquitin-mediated degradation and the formation of protein aggregates, particularly under stress conditions. UFL1 is involved in the ubiquitin-proteasome system, where it influences the tagging of misfolded or damaged proteins for degradation, thereby maintaining cellular integrity. Additionally, UFL1 is implicated in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and response to oxidative stress. Dysregulation of UFL1 has been associated with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on elucidating the molecular mechanisms through which UFL1 operates, its interactions with other cellular components, and the implications of these interactions in disease progression. Understanding UFL1's functional dynamics is crucial for developing strategies to manipulate its activity, which could lead to innovative treatments for conditions arising from proteostasis imbalance. As such, UFL1 emerges as a significant focus in the field of cellular biology and therapeutic research, with ongoing studies aimed at uncovering the full breadth of its biological roles and potential as a drug target.
