Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on UEV3 (Ubiquitin E2 Variant 3) recombinant protein has gained significant attention due to its crucial role in cellular processes mediated by ubiquitination, a post-translational modification that regulates protein degradation, cell cycle progression, and DNA repair. UEV3 is a member of the Ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (E2) family, which is involved in the transfer of ubiquitin molecules to target proteins. Understanding the functions and mechanisms of UEV3 is essential for elucidating its involvement in various diseases, particularly cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, where dysregulation of protein degradation pathways is often observed. Recombinant production of UEV3 allows researchers to obtain this protein in sufficient quantities for biochemical studies and functional assays, facilitating the exploration of its structure, binding properties, and interaction with other cellular components. Additionally, insights gained through UEV3 research could lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating ubiquitination processes, thereby offering potential avenues for intervening in disease mechanisms linked to protein misregulation. Overall, the investigation of UEV3 recombinant protein stands at the intersection of molecular biology, biochemistry, and therapeutic innovation, highlighting its significance in advancing our understanding of cellular function and disease pathology.
