Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
BHLHB8 (Basic Helix-Loop-Helix Domain Containing Class B 8) is a transcription factor belonging to the bHLH family, which plays crucial roles in various biological processes, including neurogenesis, cell differentiation, and circadian rhythm regulation. The interest in BHLHB8 has surged due to its potential implications in developmental biology and disease, particularly in cancers and neurological disorders. Recent studies have indicated that BHLHB8 may regulate the expression of target genes involved in neuronal development and the stress response, thereby affecting cellular function and survival. Its expression patterns, observed during critical stages of development, suggest that it may serve as a key regulator in the maturation of specific cell types. Given its pivotal role, the recombinant expression of BHLHB8 is essential for characterizing its functional properties, understanding its interactions with other proteins, and elucidating its signaling pathways. By generating recombinant BHLHB8 proteins, researchers aim to investigate their structure and function, explore their binding affinities, and determine their downstream effects in cellular contexts. This research is expected to provide valuable insights into BHLHB8's role in health and disease, making it a significant focus in the field of molecular biology and therapeutic development.
