Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FKBP9L, or FK506-binding protein 9-like, is a member of the FKBP family of immunophilins known for their role in protein-folding and modulation of various cellular processes. Research into FKBP9L has gained interest due to its potential involvement in critical physiological functions, including regulating immune responses and cellular stress responses. It has been implicated in various diseases, such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions, making it a candidate for therapeutic targeting. The protein exhibits peptidyl-prolyl isomerase activity, which can influence protein conformation and function, suggesting its role in signal transduction pathways. Moreover, FKBP9L interacts with multiple cellular partners, including heat shock proteins and transcription factors, further underscoring its significance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. Understanding the structure and function of FKBP9L through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its biological roles and potential as a drug target, paving the way for novel therapeutic approaches in treating various diseases linked to its dysregulation.
