稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NMP4, or Nod-like receptor protein 4, is a member of the intracellular pattern recognition receptor family that plays a crucial role in the innate immune response. The significance of NMP4 in immune signaling has attracted considerable attention due to its ability to detect microbial products and activate inflammatory pathways. Understanding the structure and function of NMP4 is vital for elucidating its role in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and infections. Research has shown that NMP4 interacts with other signaling molecules, influencing processes such as cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cytokine production. The recombinant expression of NMP4 in various systems allows for detailed functional studies and offers the potential for therapeutic applications. Moreover, investigating the post-translational modifications and regulatory mechanisms of NMP4 can provide insights into its activity in health and disease. The ongoing studies on NMP4 recombinant proteins not only enhance our knowledge of immune regulation but also pave the way for developing targeted treatments to modulate immune responses in various pathologies.
