Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TSPYL1 (Testis-specific Y-encoded protein-like 1) is a gene located on the Y chromosome and is known to be expressed predominantly in testicular tissues, suggesting a potential role in male reproductive functions. Recent studies have implicated TSPYL1 in various biological processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and spermatogenesis. Its involvement in cancer has also attracted significant interest, as aberrant expression of TSPYL1 has been associated with several malignancies, indicating its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target. Understanding the function and mechanism of TSPYL1 at the protein level is crucial for elucidating its role in these processes. Recombinant TSPYL1 protein studies allow researchers to investigate its structural properties, interaction with other proteins, and biological activities. This research can pave the way for developing diagnostic tools and novel treatments for diseases linked to TSPYL1 dysregulation. Moreover, exploring TSPYL1's evolutionary conservation provides insights into its functional importance across different species, further underscoring the relevance of TSPYL1 research in both reproductive biology and oncology. The generation of recombinant TSPYL1 will facilitate the exploration of its roles, promoting a deeper understanding of its biological implications and potential clinical applications.
