Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM71B, a member of the FAM71 gene family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes, particularly in cellular signaling and development. This gene is located on chromosome 2 and has been implicated in the regulation of cellular mechanisms such as proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Research has suggested that FAM71B may play a pivotal role in the immune system, influencing T cell activation and response. Furthermore, studies have indicated its involvement in pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, highlighting its significance in both health and disease contexts. The recombination and expression of the FAM71B protein allow researchers to investigate its functional properties and interactions with other proteins, facilitating a deeper understanding of its biological roles. As recombinant proteins, FAM71B can be produced in vitro, enabling extensive studies on its structure-function relationship, potential post-translational modifications, and the underlying molecular pathways it may influence. This research is crucial for unraveling the complexities of FAM71B's role in various cellular functions and its potential therapeutic applications. Overall, the exploration of FAM71B recombinant proteins represents an important avenue in molecular biology, with the potential to contribute to novel strategies for diagnosing and treating diseases associated with this gene.
