Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIP4, or Thyroid hormone Receptor Interacting Protein 4, is a crucial protein involved in the regulation of various cellular processes, including gene expression and signal transduction pathways. Initially identified as a coactivator for thyroid hormone receptors, TRIP4 has garnered attention for its role in mediating the effects of thyroid hormones on metabolism, development, and differentiation. Recent studies suggest that TRIP4 is not only associated with thyroid hormone signaling but also interacts with other nuclear receptors, thus influencing diverse biological functions. Additionally, its involvement in various diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, highlights the importance of understanding TRIP4's mechanisms of action. Researchers have focused on elucidating the structure-function relationships of TRIP4 to better comprehend its regulatory roles and potential as a therapeutic target. The advancement in recombinant protein technology has enabled the production and characterization of TRIP4, facilitating in-depth studies of its structure, interactions, and impact on cellular pathways. Such insights could lead to novel strategies for treating diseases linked to dysregulated thyroid hormone signaling and TRIP4 dysfunction. Overall, the ongoing research on TRIP4 aims to unravel its intricate biological roles and contribute to our understanding of its significance in health and disease.
