  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

TRIT1 (tRNA-tyrosine guanylyltransferase) is an essential enzyme involved in tRNA modifications, specifically in the post-transcriptional modification of tRNA molecules that play a crucial role in protein synthesis and cellular function. The study of TRIT1 recombinant protein has gained significant interest due to its involvement in the synthesis of aminoacyl-tRNA and the regulation of gene expression. Mutations or dysfunctions in TRIT1 have been linked to various human diseases, including certain forms of cancer and neurological disorders. Understanding the structure, function, and mechanisms of TRIT1 is critical for elucidating its biological roles and potential implications in disease pathology. The production of TRIT1 as a recombinant protein allows researchers to investigate its enzymatic activity, binding properties, and interactions with other cellular components. By employing molecular biology techniques and biophysical methods, scientists aim to uncover the intricate details of TRIT1’s function, its impact on tRNA metabolism, and how it may serve as a therapeutic target. This research not only contributes to fundamental knowledge of RNA biology but also opens pathways for developing novel strategies for treating diseases associated with tRNA modifications.
