Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIOBP (Tryptophan-Rich Opioid Peptide Binding Protein) is a member of the actin-binding protein family, playing a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cytoskeletal organization and cellular signaling. Its expression has been observed in various tissues, particularly in the nervous system, suggesting its involvement in neural development and function. Given its significant roles, TRIOBP has garnered attention in recent research, particularly concerning its potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Studies have indicated that alterations in TRIOBP expression might be linked to abnormal cellular behavior, making it a potential biomarker or therapeutic target. The recombinant production of TRIOBP protein allows researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, interactions, and functional mechanisms in detail. By studying the structure and function of TRIOBP, scientists aim to elucidate its precise role in cellular dynamics and its impact on disease states, paving the way for novel interventions that could manipulate its activity in therapeutic contexts.
