Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM43, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins, has garnered increasing attention due to its potential functional roles in various biological processes, including development, immunity, and cancer. The TRIM family is characterized by the presence of a RING finger, B-box, and coiled-coil domains, which contribute to their E3 ubiquitin ligase activity and ability to modulate protein interactions. Although the specific functions of TRIM43 remain largely unexplored, preliminary studies suggest that it may be involved in regulating cellular processes such as apoptosis and cell proliferation. This has prompted researchers to investigate its potential role in pathological conditions, particularly in the context of tumorigenesis, where altered expression of TRIM proteins has been linked to cancer progression. Understanding the molecular mechanisms by which TRIM43 operates, including its substrate specificity and regulatory pathways, is crucial for delineating its role in cellular homeostasis and disease. The development of recombinant TRIM43 proteins provides a valuable tool for elucidating these functions and offers insights into potential therapeutic applications, especially in cancer treatment strategies that target the ubiquitin-proteasome system. As such, the study of TRIM43 not only enhances our understanding of the TRIM family but also opens avenues for new biomedical research and interventions.
