Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM41 (Tripartite Motif Containing 41) is a member of the TRIM protein family, which plays crucial roles in various cellular processes, including immune response, apoptosis, and development. Research has shown that TRIM41 functions as an E3 ubiquitin ligase, regulating protein stability and modulating signaling pathways involved in inflammation and tumorigenesis. Recent studies have highlighted its potential role in cancer biology, particularly in the context of breast cancer and other malignancies, suggesting that TRIM41 may influence tumor progression and metastasis through its ubiquitination activity. Moreover, TRIM41's involvement in the regulation of autophagy and its interaction with viral proteins indicate its significance in host-pathogen interactions, making it a target of interest for therapeutic strategies. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of TRIM41 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its mechanisms of action and therapeutic potential, paving the way for the development of novel treatments for diseases linked to TRIM41 dysregulation. With advances in protein engineering and purification techniques, generating recombinant TRIM41 can facilitate detailed studies of its biological functions and interactions with other cellular components, ultimately contributing to the broader understanding of its role in health and disease.
