Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM29A, also known as family with sequence similarity 29 member A, is a relatively recently identified protein that has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in cellular processes and disease mechanisms. Research indicates that FAM29A may play a significant role in the regulation of cellular proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation, which are critical in maintaining homeostasis and normal physiological functions. Interestingly, aberrations in FAM29A expression have been associated with various cancers, suggesting that it could serve as a biomarker for tumor progression or a potential therapeutic target. The study of recombinant FAM29A protein facilitates the exploration of its functional properties and interactions within cellular pathways. Understanding how FAM29A operates at a molecular level is crucial for unraveling its biological significance and its implications in cancer biology and other diseases. This research strand aims to provide insights into the protein's structure, enabling the development of targeted therapies that could mitigate its role in pathological conditions. Overall, the investigation of FAM29A as a recombinant protein lays the groundwork for future studies that can harness its potential in clinical applications and enhance our understanding of disease mechanisms associated with its dysregulation.
