Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM39, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family of proteins, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes, including immune responses, cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Members of the TRIM family are characterized by a RING domain, B-boxes, and coiled-coil motifs, which facilitate their interactions with other proteins and ubiquitin ligases, thereby influencing protein stability and signaling pathways. Research indicates that TRIM39 might be involved in the regulation of key biological functions and has been linked to various diseases, including cancers and autoimmune disorders. The expression levels and functional activities of TRIM39 can vary across different tissues and conditions, indicating its context-dependent roles. Furthermore, the elucidation of TRIM39's structure and interactions through recombinant protein studies could unveil novel therapeutic targets, enhancing our understanding of its functions in health and disease. Researchers are increasingly focusing on the recombinant expression of TRIM39 to study its biochemical properties, interaction networks, and potential implications in therapeutic applications. Understanding TRIM39 better may provide insights into its precise roles in pathophysiological contexts, paving the way for innovative approaches in disease management.
