  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

SNX13 (Sorting Nexin 13) is a member of the sorting nexin family, which plays a crucial role in intracellular trafficking and membrane transport processes. The protein is known for its involvement in endocytosis and recycling pathways, particularly in mediating the retrieval of membrane proteins from endosomes back to the trans-Golgi network. Research on SNX13 has gained importance due to its potential implications in various cellular functions and diseases, including neurodegenerative conditions and cancers. The study of SNX13 recombinant proteins allows researchers to elucidate its structural and functional characteristics, providing insights into its role in cellular transport mechanisms. Understanding the interactions of SNX13 with other proteins and cellular components can help clarify its contributions to cellular homeostasis and pathology. Furthermore, the development of SNX13-based assays and therapeutic strategies may open new avenues for addressing diseases linked to dysfunctional intracellular trafficking. Overall, the exploration of SNX13 recombinant proteins represents a critical step in advancing our knowledge of cellular mechanisms and identifying potential targets for intervention in related diseases.
