Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM17, a member of the TRIM (Tripartite Motif-containing) protein family, has garnered attention due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including cell signaling, immune response, and cellular differentiation. Initially identified for its involvement in the regulation of transcriptional activity and its interaction with different cellular partners, TRIM17 has been implicated in critical functions such as the modulation of apoptosis and the management of neurodegenerative diseases. Recent studies have highlighted its significance in developmental biology, where it influences neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation. Furthermore, TRIM17’s ability to act as an E3 ubiquitin ligase positions it as a crucial player in protein degradation pathways, which are pivotal for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Investigating TRIM17 as a recombinant protein opens new avenues for understanding its mechanistic roles and therapeutic potentials, particularly in the context of diseases linked to dysregulation of its pathways. With the growing interest in targeted therapies, research on TRIM17 aims to elucidate its functional dynamics and explore its implications in both normal physiology and pathology.
