稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TRIM16, a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) protein family, has garnered interest for its potential roles in cellular processes such as protein degradation, antiviral responses, and regulation of gene expression. Research into TRIM proteins has revealed their involvement in various biological pathways, including immune response, development, and tumorigenesis. TRIM16, specifically, has been implicated in the regulation of inflammation and cellular stress responses, making it a candidate for understanding the mechanisms underlying diseases like cancer and autoimmune disorders. The study of TRIM16 recombinant protein is particularly pertinent as it allows for the exploration of its functional properties in vitro, providing insights into its structural features and interactions with other cellular molecules. Investigating the biochemical properties and cellular functions of TRIM16 may yield novel therapeutic avenues, as modulation of its activity could influence disease progression. Additionally, recent findings have suggested a role for TRIM16 in promoting the degradation of specific target proteins, further emphasizing the need for a comprehensive understanding of its mechanisms. The recombinant expression of TRIM16 facilitates detailed analyses of its activity and potential as a biomarker, poising it as a focal point in the burgeoning field of targeted therapies. Collectively, the exploration of TRIM16 and its recombinant forms is essential for unraveling its biological significance and therapeutic potential, particularly in contexts where dysregulation of TRIM proteins contributes to pathological states.
