Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM119B (Family with sequence similarity 119 member B) is a relatively newly discovered member of the FAM119 gene family, which has gained attention for its potential roles in various biological processes. The gene encoding FAM119B is located on human chromosome 11 and exhibits significant expression in various tissues, particularly in the brain, suggesting a potential role in neurodevelopmental functions. Recent studies have indicated that FAM119B may be involved in cellular signaling, proliferation, and differentiation, as well as in neurodegenerative disorders. The investigation of FAM119B recombinant protein aims to elucidate its structure-function relationships and biological activities, providing insights into its mechanistic roles within cellular environments. Understanding the biochemical properties of this protein can pave the way for developing therapeutic strategies targeting FAM119B-associated pathways, potentially offering novel interventions in diseases where FAM119B is implicated. Moreover, characterizing this protein through recombinant expression systems allows researchers to produce high quantities of FAM119B for functional assays, interaction studies, and structure determination, thereby accelerating research into its physiological relevance and pathological implications. Overall, the study of FAM119B recombinant protein represents a promising frontier in molecular biology and medicine, with the potential to unveil new avenues for understanding complex biological systems and addressing unmet medical needs.
