稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
COQ6, a key enzyme in the coenzyme Q (CoQ) biosynthetic pathway, has garnered significant interest in recent years due to its vital role in mitochondrial function and cellular energy production. Coenzyme Q, also known as ubiquinone, is essential for the electron transport chain, contributing to ATP synthesis and acting as an antioxidant. Deficiencies in CoQ can lead to a range of mitochondrial disorders, which often manifest as neurodegenerative diseases or muscle weakness. Research on COQ6 recombinant protein has focused on understanding its catalytic mechanism and structural properties, as well as its interactions with other proteins in the biosynthetic pathway. Understanding the functionality of COQ6 can provide insights into the molecular basis of CoQ deficiencies and their associated diseases. Furthermore, recombinant COQ6 can potentially serve as a valuable tool for the development of therapeutic strategies aimed at restoring CoQ levels in affected individuals. This area of study continues to evolve, with ongoing efforts to characterize COQ6's biological activity, enhance its expression systems, and explore its potential applications in both basic research and clinical settings. Overall, COQ6 represents a promising target for interventions aimed at ameliorating mitochondrial dysfunction and improving patient outcomes in related disorders.
