Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM113B (Family with Sequence Similarity 113 Member B) is a relatively unexplored protein that has gained attention in recent years due to its potential involvement in various cellular processes and diseases. Structurally characterized as a member of the FAM113 protein family, FAM113B is implicated in cellular signaling, proliferation, and apoptosis. Research indicates that FAM113B may play a crucial role in the regulation of cellular response to stress, and its dysregulation has been linked to various pathologies, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The growing interest in FAM113B has prompted studies aimed at understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. Recombinant protein production of FAM113B is essential for these studies, enabling researchers to investigate its biochemical properties, structure-function relationships, and potential as a therapeutic target. Furthermore, the use of recombinant FAM113B in biochemical assays could reveal its role in critical biological processes, opening avenues for drug discovery and development. Overall, the research on FAM113B and its recombinant protein forms holds promise for contributing to our understanding of complex cellular mechanisms and their implications in health and disease.
