Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNRC4, or Trinucleotide Repeat-Containing Protein 4, is a protein that has garnered considerable attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes and its implications in human health. Initially identified as a RNA-binding protein, TNRC4 is believed to be involved in the regulation of gene expression, particularly in the context of mRNA stability and translation. Its interaction with specific RNA sequences allows it to modulate the expression of target genes, which is critical in cellular responses to stress and during developmental processes. Dysregulation of TNRC4 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may influence tumor progression and metastasis. Furthermore, studies have suggested that TNRC4 could play a role in neurological disorders, highlighting its importance in neuronal health and function. Research has focused on the recombinant expression of TNRC4 to better understand its structural and functional properties, as well as its interactions with RNA and other proteins. By producing and characterizing recombinant TNRC4, scientists aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action, explore its potential as a therapeutic target, and assess its involvement in disease pathways. Therefore, ongoing studies of TNRC4 and its recombinant forms are essential for unraveling its biological significance and paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies in diseases where TNRC4 is implicated.
