Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF278, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has gained attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential roles in transcriptional regulation and its involvement in various cellular processes. This protein is characterized by its zinc finger motifs, which facilitate DNA binding and interactions with other proteins, thereby influencing gene expression. Previous studies indicate that ZNF278 may play a crucial role in development and differentiation, particularly in the context of stem cells and immune responses. However, the precise mechanisms of action and the specific target genes regulated by ZNF278 are not fully understood. The study of recombinant ZNF278 is vital for elucidating its biological functions and understanding its potential implications in diseases such as cancer, where dysregulation of zinc finger proteins is often observed. Producing recombinant ZNF278 allows for in vitro analyses, including binding assays and functional studies, providing insights into its role in cellular signaling pathways. Moreover, characterizing the protein's structure and interactions could reveal novel therapeutic targets and strategies for modulating its function in pathological conditions. Overall, the investigation of ZNF278 through recombinant protein technology represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of gene regulation and developing innovative approaches to treat diseases associated with its dysregulation.
