Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TNNI3K, or troponin I threonic kinase, is a serine/threonine kinase that plays a crucial role in cardiac muscle function and regulation. It is primarily expressed in the heart and has been implicated in various processes related to cardiac hypertrophy, fibrosis, and heart failure. The importance of TNNI3K in cardiac biology arises from its involvement in signaling pathways that modulate the contractility of cardiac myocytes and the overall responsiveness of the heart to stress. Recent studies have shown that dysregulation of TNNI3K activity is associated with pathological conditions, making it a potential therapeutic target for heart disease. Research involving TNNI3K recombinant proteins aims to elucidate its molecular mechanisms, structural properties, and interacting partners, which could provide insights into its role in cardiac physiology and pathology. By generating and characterizing TNNI3K recombinant proteins, scientists seek to develop innovative approaches for modulating its activity, thereby paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies to combat heart failure and related cardiovascular disorders. Understanding the functional implications of TNNI3K in the heart not only enhances our knowledge of cardiac biology but also holds promise for new interventions in cardiovascular disease management.
