Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EXOSC10, a crucial component of the exosome complex, has garnered significant attention in recent molecular biology research due to its role in RNA processing and degradation. The exosome complex, a multi-protein complex, is essential for maintaining RNA homeostasis within cells by eliminating defective or excess RNA molecules. EXOSC10, as a core subunit of this complex, is involved in the 3’ to 5’ exonucleolytic decay of various RNAs, influencing gene expression and cellular responses to stress. Mutations in EXOSC10 have been linked to several human diseases, notably neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining neurological function. Additionally, understanding the structure and function of the EXOSC10 protein can offer insights into RNA metabolism and its regulation, which is critical for developing therapeutic strategies for related diseases. Consequently, the recombinant expression and characterization of EXOSC10 not only facilitates the study of its enzymatic properties but also aids in exploring its interactions with other components of the exosome and RNA substrates. This research is vital for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underpinning RNA turnover and the broader implications of dysregulation in RNA processing pathways.
