  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

ZNF263, a member of the zinc finger protein family, has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology due to its potential role in gene regulation and its implications in various biological processes. This protein is characterized by its unique zinc finger motifs, which facilitate DNA binding and protein-protein interactions, highlighting its importance in transcriptional regulation. Recent studies suggest that ZNF263 may act as a transcriptional repressor, influencing cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. Additionally, its involvement in chromatin remodeling and epigenetic regulation positions ZNF263 as a critical player in maintaining cellular homeostasis and may have implications in cancer biology and other diseases. Given its functional diversity and regulatory capabilities, the recombinant production of ZNF263 protein is crucial for understanding its biochemical properties and interactions. Research efforts have focused on developing expression systems to generate sufficient amounts of this protein, allowing for in-depth biochemical assays and structural studies. By elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying ZNF263's function, researchers aim to uncover its potential as a therapeutic target in diseases associated with dysregulated gene expression.
