Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EXOC6 is a crucial component of the exocyst complex, which plays an essential role in tethering and delivering secretory vesicles to specific sites on the plasma membrane, facilitating exocytosis. The understanding of EXOC6 and its function has gained significant interest in recent years due to its implications in various physiological and pathological processes, including cell migration, neuronal development, and cancer progression. Research indicates that dysregulation of the exocyst complex, wherein EXOC6 is a pivotal player, can lead to impaired cellular communication and contribute to diseases. As a result, studying EXOC6 recombinant proteins offers insights into the mechanistic pathways of exocytosis and the overall dynamics of cellular transport. Furthermore, the potential relationship between EXOC6 expression and specific diseases emphasizes the importance of characterizing its structure, function, and interaction with other molecular players. This research could pave the way for developing therapeutic strategies targeting exocytosis-related disorders, including neurodegenerative diseases and certain types of cancer.
