Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZNF213, a member of the zinc finger protein family, plays a crucial role in gene regulation and cellular processes. Research into ZNF213 has gained prominence due to its potential implications in various diseases, including cancer and genetic disorders. Its structure features multiple zinc finger motifs, which facilitate DNA binding and protein-protein interactions, suggesting its involvement in transcriptional regulation. Studies have indicated that alterations in ZNF213 expression may correlate with tumorigenesis, highlighting the importance of understanding its functional mechanisms. Moreover, the ability to produce recombinant ZNF213 protein allows for in-depth characterization of its biochemical properties and interaction networks in cellular contexts. Utilizing techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, researchers can express and purify ZNF213 to explore its role in transcriptional complexes and to test its effects on target gene regulation. This research aims to elucidate the biological functions of ZNF213 and its potential as a therapeutic target, providing insights into the underlying molecular mechanisms of associated diseases and paving the way for novel biomedical applications. Understanding ZNF213's role not only contributes to the foundational knowledge of zinc finger proteins but also holds promise for advancing clinical strategies for disease intervention.
