Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ESRRB, or Estrogen-related receptor beta, is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily and plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including embryonic stem cell maintenance, organ development, and metabolism. Its expression is notably prominent in embryonic stem (ES) cells, where it acts as a key transcriptional regulator, promoting stemness and pluripotency by interacting with specific target genes. Research has shown that aberrant ESRRB function can lead to developmental disorders and has implications in cancer biology, particularly in breast and ovarian cancers where its regulatory pathways may influence tumorigenesis. The growing interest in ESRRB has led to extensive studies on its structure, function, and the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in stem cell biology. Recent advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of purified ESRRB protein, facilitating further investigations into its biochemical properties and interactions with other proteins. Understanding the functional dynamics of ESRRB through recombinant protein studies allows researchers to explore its potential as a therapeutic target in regenerative medicine and cancer treatment. This backdrop underscores the importance of ESRRB in developmental biology and highlights the significance of ongoing research to unravel its complexities further.
