Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UBAP2 (Ubiquitin-Associated Protein 2) is a protein that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, signal transduction, and the regulation of gene expression. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway, which is essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis and regulating protein turnover. Dysregulation of UBAP2 has been associated with various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions, underscoring the importance of understanding its function at a molecular level. Recombining UBAP2 into a recombinant protein form allows researchers to study its structural and functional characteristics in greater detail. Such recombinant proteins can serve as valuable tools for investigating UBAP2's interactions with other cellular components, elucidating its role in ubiquitination processes, and identifying potential therapeutic targets. By generating ubiquitously expressed UBAP2 constructs, scientists aim to assess the protein's stability, binding affinity, and effect on cellular pathways under physiological and pathological conditions. The ongoing research on UBAP2 recombinant protein seeks to unravel its complex biological roles and contribute to the development of novel strategies for disease treatment and prevention.
