稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
UCHL4 (Ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L4) is a member of the ubiquitin-proteasome system, which is crucial for regulating protein degradation and cellular homeostasis. It plays a significant role in the post-translational modification of proteins through deubiquitination, influencing various cellular processes such as cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and DNA repair. Research has indicated that UCHL4 is involved in various pathological conditions, including cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the functional characterization of UCHL4 and its interactions with other proteins, providing insights into its biological significance and mechanisms of action. By developing recombinant UCHL4 proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its role in cellular pathways and investigate its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease. The recombinant proteins can also serve as valuable tools for structure-function studies, enabling a deeper understanding of UCHL4's enzymatic activity and its regulatory mechanisms within the ubiquitin-proteasome system. Overall, the study of UCHL4 recombinant proteins is essential for advancing our knowledge of its biological functions and therapeutic implications.
