Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
USP1 (Ubiquitin Specific Protease 1) is a critical deubiquitinating enzyme that plays a vital role in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, DNA damage response, and stem cell maintenance. The importance of USP1 in cancer biology has garnered significant attention, as its aberrant expression is often associated with tumorigenesis and chemoresistance. USP1 specifically targets the deubiquitination of proteins such as FANCD2, which is implicated in the Fanconi anemia pathway, essential for DNA repair mechanisms. The regulation of ubiquitination and deubiquitination processes by USP1 affects protein stability and function, thereby influencing cellular fate. Research has also indicated that USP1 interacts with various signaling pathways, making it a potential drug target for therapeutic interventions. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of USP1, as well as its interaction with substrates and inhibitors, is crucial for developing novel strategies to manipulate its activity. In recent years, studies have employed recombinant USP1 protein to elucidate its functional mechanisms, structural biology, and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target, highlighting its significance in both basic and translational research. As such, further exploration of USP1's role in cellular contexts may provide insights into its contributions to health and disease, ultimately paving the way for innovative treatments for cancers and other related disorders.
